To make requests, you first need to add request templates. Employees can make three types of requests: 'can't work', 'prefer not to work', and 'prefer to work'. For each request, they can specify the date and provide an explanation. You can create up to 10 request templates based on different times and submission types. Then, employees can send their requests for the upcoming months.

Employees can use OPTAS to schedule the days they can't work, days they prefer not to work, and days they prefer to work. In addition, they can use the system to request vacation and family days, work trips, and special events.

Yes, if a request needs approval, you'll receive a notification. After it's approved, you can go to the main schedule dashboard and there, you’ll see all the approved monthly requests.
